BO Enterprise is the umbrella of a family-led group that has spent two decades building, opening, and running real businesses across the Balkans.

BO Enterprise represents the combined business experience of a family-led group based in Kosovo. Since 2005, we have designed, constructed, launched, and operated restaurants, bars, bowling and entertainment centers, automotive service operations, construction partnerships, and hospitality projects across Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.
That history gives us something rare in the region: a network of proven contractors, suppliers, architects, lawyers, managers, and the first-hand judgment to know which of them deliver. When an international company needs local execution capacity in the Balkans, we bring the entire chain: site selection, permits, construction, fit-out, hiring, training, launch, and day-to-day management.
How we work
We take responsibility for outcomes, not deliverables. Depending on the project, we act as local representative, development coordinator, operating partner, or full turnkey operator. Some partners need us for three months of paperwork and permits. Others hand us a concept and receive back a running business.
Where we work
Our home base is Prishtina, Kosovo. Our operating footprint covers Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia, with active development on the Albanian coast and a growing services practice serving partners across Europe.
